1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FlightFam, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. FlightFam is operated by FlightFam LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

FlightFam is a flight schedule sharing platform that allows aviation crew members (pilots, flight attendants) to share their flight schedules and layover information with invited family members and loved ones in real time.

3. Beta Service

FlightFam is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during the beta period. Features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve the platform.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of flight information you enter
  • You must only invite family members or trusted individuals to your group
  • You must not share your invite links publicly
  • You must not use FlightFam for any unlawful purpose
  • You must not attempt to access other users' data

5. Important Safety Notice

FlightFam displays real-time location information about crew members. Users are responsible for only sharing access with trusted individuals. FlightFam LLC is not responsible for any misuse of location or schedule information shared through the platform.

Crew members should exercise caution about who they invite to their group. Your layover hotel information and schedule is sensitive personal safety data.

6. Intellectual Property

FlightFam and its content are owned by FlightFam LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlightFam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flight data is sourced from third-party providers and may not always be accurate or up to date. Do not rely solely on FlightFam for safety-critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlightFam LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the past 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
