FlightFam is operated by FlightFam LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. We provide a real-time flight tracking service that allows aviation crew members to share their flight schedules with family and loved ones.

Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
Flight schedule data: Crew members voluntarily enter flight numbers, dates, and routes. This data is shared only with family members they explicitly invite.
Layover information: Hotel names and locations entered by crew members. This information is sensitive and is only accessible to explicitly invited family members.
Usage data: We collect basic usage information such as last seen timestamps to improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your flight schedule and layover information is shared only with family members you explicitly invite via email. Each crew member controls their own group — family members cannot access any other crew member's data.

We take the security of flight attendant and pilot schedule data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls ensure family members can only see data from crew members who have explicitly invited them.
We implement row-level security on our database to prevent unauthorized access between user groups.
Flight data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at crew@flightfam.app.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at crew@flightfam.app.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
